- Hi there everyone. My name is Luke and I'm a 21 year old male from Eltham, Melbourne. I'm currently working as a myotherapist, and also doing personal training. For those of you who don't know, Myo(muscle)therapy is a non-invasive, extremely hands-on therapeutic technique designed to get rid of muscular pain by relieving trigger points. You will most likely hear a lot of my point of view on my blog, as well as a lot about the human body in general, and about myotherapy. If you have any questions at all about the body in general, or about myotherapy as a practice, don't hesitate to ask me. I am more than happy to answer any question that you throw at me!!
